Group Coordinator Role

To register a group, you'll need to designate a Group Coordinator. This person is simply someone who is willing to serve as the primary point of contact for the group. As the Group Coordinator, they will be responsible for all correspondence for the entire group. This includes all communication, all requested information, distributing study materials to each person in their group, and distributing results to each person in their group. They will also receive and distribute all medals won by those in their group. If you are a USAD coach signing up a group of students you will automatically assume this role.

Participants registering as a group still compete as individuals.

Step 1: Question

- An account with PayPal can be used but is not required. If you do not have a PayPal account, payment can be made as a guest.
- You will have to manually enter the total amount of the payment on the next page.

Step 3: Fill Out the Roster

Fill out and return the roster.
- The roster is an Excel file used to collect the information required to compete in USADic.
- Please download, complete, and submit the completed roster. All participants should be included on a single roster.

  - Filling in the State Score on the roster:
    - If you have NOT had your Round 3 state competition yet, just leave this blank. For students who participated in their State Competition, fill in the "Round 3 State OBJECTIVE Score Only" column with their objective score. This score is the total from the following subjects: Art, Literature, Economics, Mathematics, Music, Science, and Social Science. (Do NOT include Essay, Speech, or Interview scores)
    - Students who do not have a state score need to register for and compete in Round III of the Individual Competition.

Step 4: Parent Permission Form and Code of Conduct

Each participant needs to fill out and submit a Parent Permission form.The Code of Conduct is included in the Parent Permission Form.
- To participate in Rounds III and IV Nationals Online of the USAD Individual Competition, students are required to follow USAD’s policies and guidelines. Parents / guardians and students need to review the Code of Conduct and Parent Permission Form.

Step 5: Submit Transcripts

Submit a copy of the transcripts for each participant.
- 9th Grade: Submit transcripts from the previous year, 2023 - 2024.
- 10th, 11th, or 12th Grade: Submit transcripts from the previous two years, 2022 - 2023 and 2023 - 2024.
